Fun fact about Mister Aniel's genderswap!

Like the original, Mister Aniel was previously F/W (Female/women) because his body is full of beauty which is called hirsutism.

That is to say: Mister Aniel had that type of condition and decided to change from gender to male (Transgender), meaning that it is no longer hirsutism. He is currently a normal man whose hair grows normally, that is what happens with men who grow, it is natural and common.

While Mister Aniel's genderswap: Miss Anelie does not have or never grows hair when she was previously M/M (Male/Man).

That is to say: she never had hair but the only thing that does grow a lot is her hair, since she is currently a woman (Transgender) it is normal that she has never grown any hair, or is it simply like that.

Both are transformed by both two Nephalem.

Mister Aniel is currently a Cisgender Man, due to being transformed by black magic, apart from being transformed as a Nephalem.

Also for something that Mister Aniel is no longer Transgender, reasons: he is still Transgender, but what is surprising is that black magic transformed him into a real cisgender man.

Meanwhile with Miss Anelie she is also a cisgender woman. She also remains Transgender like Mister Aniel, but Anelie is currently a cisgender woman.

They are both currently cisgender, but are still Transgender, apart from the fact that they are Cisgender.
